The 2017 Hajdu Proprietary Red, Napa Valley is a blend of Bordeaux varietals sourced from hillside vineyards in Napa Valley. The 2017 is inky and structured with notes of black current, and wild herbs. Rich and structured with flavors of blue fruit, graphite and cedar.
Rose of Barbera, infused with Seville orange, yuzu, vanilla bean, cinnamon, Spanish saffron, and black pepper. Serve on the rocks, in a spritzer or in a cocktail.
Dark and inky with flavors blue fruit and savory herbs, backed bright acidity and plenty of tannic structure.
Besomim is our semi-annual ragtag bunch of misfits, the current manifestation is a blend of Zinfadel, Petite Sirah and Grenache, aged for 13 months in neutral oak. Garnet colored, with aromas of plum, strawberry and spice. The wine is medium to full bodied, the tannins are soft and rich, look for flavors of plum, berries and leather. Drink now through 2030

The Hajdu Reserve 2016 Napa Valley is crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon and aged for 48 months in barrel. It exhibits a deep garnet color with aromas of candied fruit, blueberry jam, hints of cigar box, and forest floor. This full-bodied wine features super ripe tannins and layers of sweet spice and candied fruit. Impressively structured, it is very generous and rich. Enjoy now and for the next 15 years or more.

The 2022 Hajdu Reserve Proprietary Red Wine is crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon. It presents a inky purple colr with aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, chocolate, and spice, accompanied by hints of cedar. This full-bodied wine is concentrated and richly structured, with soft tannins and generous fruit, culminating in a long finish. Enjoyable now and for the next 25 years.
Sourced mostly from Eagle Point Ranch, marachino cherry and licourice dominate the nose and pallet of this full bodied fruit forward wine.
The Hajdu Reserve 2016 Proprietary Red is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot, sourced from a single vineyard on Mount Veeder. It displays a deep garnet color with aromas of red currant, fruit leather, and cinnamon spice. On the palate, the wine is layered and complex, offering generous notes of red fruit, dried cherry, and cola. It is full-bodied, rich, and well-developed. Enjoy now and for the next 10 years or more.
Inky, dark and rich. Made from 100% Syrah. This wine was fortified with aged brandy and allowed to sit in barrel for 40 months. This wine is intensly concentrated look for notes of blackberry, chocolate, and black olive.

The wine is very soft and lush with moderate structure, generous red fruit and cedar flavors and a long candy spice finish. The wine is ready to drink now but will cellar for another 10+ years.

The 2023 Hajdu Proprietary White wine is a blend of Vermentino and Albariño. This wine is barrel-fermented and aged for 10 months in French oak, with no fining or filtration, preserving its pure expression. It pours a pale gold, offering a harmonious balance of crisp acidity and medium body, look for aromas of honeysuckle, ripe pear, and zesty citrus.
The 2022 Teraldego Aglianico is deep purplish red in color with aromas of cherry and raspberry. The palate is full-bodied with medium acidity and structure combined with flavors of fresh blueberry and tea leaves. 5-10 years
